Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Manage station duties, food preparation procedures and portion control.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety and labor cost targets.
• Maintain product quality, customer service standards and TM handbook guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control and cash management to support profitability.
