Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality pizza, customer service, and profitability. You will help manage operations, follow company policies, and uphold safety and compliance.

This role requires reliability, ability to work long hours including nights and weekends, and willingness to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties to produce quality products and follow prep procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company product goals.
• Responds to customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures including safety and security.
• Exhibits core values andTeam collaboration.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to resolve problems.
• Manages cash and inventory using company systems.
