Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets customer needs while following policies.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct issues; maintains quality and costs.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory within guidelines.
