Job summary

The role requires adherence to safety standards, strong teamwork, and a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. Prior shift-leading experience is preferred in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification is preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and duties including dough management and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs; follows TM handbook policies.
• Exemplifies Papa John’s core values and maintains a positive attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides corrective feedback when needed.
• Manages inventory and cash handling to support profitability and waste control.
