Qualifications

Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Adheres to guidelines for dough management, accuracy and portioning and performs station duties.
Contributes to achieving product goals and minimizes customer complaints; follows TM handbook policies.
Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains quality, safety, and cost controls.
Contributes to profit goals by proper use of systems and cash handling; assists inventory management.
