Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and stations to ensure quality and service.
• Perform station duties and follow product procedures.
• Maintain product quality, food safety and restaurant cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and correct problems promptly.
• Maintain adequate shift coverage and manage cash handling.
