Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in our restaurant. You will help ensure high quality products and superb customer service while supporting profitability and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage workflow across stations, including dough management, food preparation, and service delivery. This is an on-site position with long hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems while complying with laws and ethics.
• Maintain product quality, customer service and cost controls within established standards.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide feedback to correct issues as they arise.
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling as part of shift leadership.
