• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Operate food stations, perform station checklists, temperature logs, and signage.
• Requisition food supplies, kitchen equipment, and appliances based on estimates of future needs.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure meals are prepared economically.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to your manager.
