Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food per recipes, menus, and supervisor instructions.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Operate food station, checklist, temperature log, and signage.
• Requisition supplies based on future needs estimates.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure economical meals.
• Report safety issues to management immediately.
