Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Cook to support the Chef and General Manager by preparing, cooking, and serving food within a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will follow recipes and menus while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position requires proper food handling and sanitation practices, with strong English communication and the ability to work across all kitchen stations. Physical stamina for a full shift is expected.

Qualifications

• Culinary knowledge and food safety training required or preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and communication in English.
• Ability to recognize issues and report to management.
• Partial high school education with HS diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, menus and instructions.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas for cleanliness.
• Operate food station including station checklist and temperature log.
• Requisition food supplies based on future needs.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure economical meals.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues to your manager.
