Job summary

Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Administrator to support PIV card enrollment programs in the U.S. government services sector. The role focuses on managing enrollment appointments, collecting biometric data, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage enrollment walk-ins for PIV activations and enrollments.
• Answer phone and email inquiries related to PIV credentials.
• Coordinate enrollment and verify applicant identities and required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, dates, and issues.
• Protect data privacy and ensure security of collected information.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate issues appropriately and assist with training and compliance.
