Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documentation.
• Manage appointments to maintain a steady flow of applicants with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, including applicant information and dates, in spreadsheets.
• Ensure data security and privacy, following guidelines and organizational policies.
• Communicate enrollment processes and requirements clearly to applicants, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle escalations professionally and de-escalate concerns when needed.
