Electrosoft is seeking a HSPD-12: Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist to manage PIV enrollment, verify identities, and ensure data security. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, effective customer service, and strict adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month (may vary, depending on the business need).

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards, verifying identity and collecting required documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to accommodate applicants while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Accurately collect and document personal information, biometric data, and other necessary details from applicants.
• Ensure all documents and forms are properly completed and submitted per guidelines.
• Verify authenticity of documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Use approved verification methods to ensure applicant identity before enrollment.
• Handle sensitive personal information and adhere to data protection regulations and security protocols.
• Maintain data security and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate and de-escalate customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, including applicant data and issues.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking status of new applicants, contractors, and federal employees.
• Stay up to date with policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV enrollment.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge of enrollment processes, data security, and customer service.
