Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling biometric data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring secure data handling while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to attend local hiring events 3-4 times a month.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment Process Management: schedule PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
• Documentation: collect biometric data and required applicant information.
• Verification: confirm document authenticity to prevent fraud.
• Data Security & Privacy: protect sensitive information and comply with policies.
• Communication: clearly explain processes and answer applicant questions.
• Recordkeeping: maintain accurate enrollment records and status tracking.
• Compliance and Training: stay updated on policies and participate in training.
