• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.

• Attend local hiring events 3 - 4 times a month (may vary, depending on the business need).

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk‑ins for PIV Card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verifying identity and collecting documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Accurately collect biometric data and other applicant details.
• Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Handle data securely and maintain privacy per guidelines.
• Explain enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process and tracking spreadsheets.
