Job summary

Electrosoft is seeking a Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist in Oakland, CA to manage the HSPD-12 enrollment process for PIV cards. You will schedule appointments, verify identities, collect documents, and ensure accuracy across enrollment steps.

The role emphasizes data security, privacy, and excellent customer service as you handle sensitive personal information, coordinate with applicants, and maintain accurate records while staying aligned with policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination and reporting.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, cert updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process for PIV cards, verify applicant identities and collect documents.
• Manage appointments and schedules to ensure steady applicant flow and accuracy.
• Accurately collect biometric data and other required information from applicants.
• Ensure all documents are properly completed and submitted per guidelines.
• Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment.
• Maintain data security and privacy per regulations and policies.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate and deescalate customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Maintain records of enrollment status, dates, and issues.
• Participate in training on enrollment processes, data security, and customer service.
