Electrosoft is seeking a HSPD-12: Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist to manage PIV enrollments, appointments, and verification steps. You will coordinate the enrollment process, collect biometric data, and ensure documents are complete and accurate.

The role emphasizes data security, privacy, and customer service while maintaining records and responding to inquiries. A high school diploma and Excel proficiency are required, with attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive

Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
Answer calls/emails related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verify applicant identity, and collect required docs.
Manage appointments and schedules to maintain a steady applicant flow.
