Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a HSPD-12 Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist to support PIV enrollment, verification, and data handling. This on-site role focuses on appointment scheduling, documentation collection, and secure processing for federal credentials in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate enrollment steps, verify identities, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service and adherence to privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures.
• Attendance at local hiring events 3–4 times a month.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage enrollment for PIV cards.
• Answer calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment: verify identity and collect documentation.
• Manage appointments to ensure steady flow and accuracy.
• Accurately collect biometric data and other applicant details.
• Verify documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
• Maintain data security and privacy; protect sensitive information.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide good service.
• Maintain enrollment records and status spreadsheets.
