Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer calls and emails related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment for PIV cards, verify identity, and collect documents.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, and monitor appointment flows for efficiency.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance during processing.
