Job summary

Electrosoft is seeking a Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist focused on HSPD-12 enrollment and PIV processing. You will schedule appointments, collect biometric data, verify documents, and guide applicants through the enrollment steps.

Key duties include handling inquiries, coordinating enrollments, maintaining records, and ensuring data security. Experience with Excel and strong communication are valued in a compliant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Ability to adapt to evolving security procedures and requirements.
Prior experience in a similar role or administrative support is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
Answer inquiries via phone and email regarding PIV credentials and access control.
Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verifying identity and required docs.
Maintain appointment flow, accuracy, and efficient processing of applicants.
Collect and document personal information and biometric data with discretion.
Verify document authenticity and prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
Ensure data security and privacy in handling sensitive applicant information.
Provide clear guidance on enrollment steps and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets tracking applicant status.
Stay up to date with policies and participate in training on processes and security.
