Citizant is seeking an Enrollment Process Coordinator to manage PIV card activations, enrollments, and PIN resets. You will schedule appointments, verify applicant identities, and handle biometric data with strict privacy controls, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be adept at Excel for data tracking tied to government enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Attend local hiring events 3–4 times a month.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets, and manage appointments.
• Answer calls and emails about PIV credentials and access control.
• Verify applicant identities and collect required documentation.
• Document biometric data and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
• Provide clear enrollment guidance and excellent customer service.
• Escalate issues and de-escalate concerns professionally.
• Maintain files for new applicants, contractors, and federal employees.
• Participate in training on enrollment processes and data protection.
