Responsibilities

• Enrollment Process Management: schedule appointments and enrollments for PIV cards and PIN resets.
• Documentation and Data Collection: collect biometric data and required documents from applicants.
• Verification and Authentication: verify documents to prevent fraudulent enrollment.
• Data Security and Privacy: protect sensitive information and comply with regulations.
• Communication: explain processes and provide excellent customer service.
• Recordkeeping: maintain records and spreadsheets of applicant status.
• Compliance and Training: stay updated on policies and participate in training.
