Job summary

Electrosoft is seeking a HSPD-12: Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on enrollment process management, data collection, verification, and secure handling of sensitive information for PIV cards.

You will schedule appointments, answer inquiries, verify applicant identities, and maintain accurate records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities in a demanding security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attend local hiring events 3–4 times a month.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and service walk‑ins for PIV activations, enrollments, updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer phone/email inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verify applicant identity, and collect required documentation.
• Manage appointments and schedules to maintain flow and accuracy.
• Accurately collect biometric data and other applicant information.
• Ensure all forms and documents are properly completed and submitted.
• Maintain records of enrollment, status, and issues encountered.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking status of applicant, contractor, and federal employee files.
• Stay up to date with policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV enrollment.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge of enrollment processes, data security, and customer service.
