Job summary

Electrosoft is seeking a Government Badging & Credentialing Specialist to manage HSPD-12 enrollment processes, schedule appointments, verify identities, collect biometric data, and ensure accurate recordkeeping in a security-conscious environment. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and adherence to data privacy.

It involves in-person duties, occasional lifting, and participation in local hiring events.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer inquiries related to PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verify applicant identity and collect required documentation.
• Manage appointments to balance efficiency and accuracy while handling a steady applicant flow.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, including applicant information and issues encountered.
