Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and/or walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
• Answer calls and emails regarding PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate and conduct enrollment for PIV cards, verifying identity and collecting documentation.
• Manage appointments to maintain an efficient flow of applicants.
