Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage enrollment for PIV cards, activations, and PIN resets.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email regarding PIV credentials and access control.
• Coordinate enrollment process including identity verification and documentation collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment data and workflows.
• Communicate enrollment steps clearly to applicants and provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate and de-escalate situations professionally to meet customer needs.
• Ensure data security and privacy in handling applicant information.
• Maintain logs and spreadsheets tracking status of applicants and files.
