Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Active US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust/MBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PIV card enrollment appointments and manage walk-ins.
• Answer phone and email inquiries about PIV credentials and access control matters.
• Coordinate and conduct the enrollment process for PIV cards, including identity verification.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment progress and documents.
• Ensure data security and privacy in all processes.
