Jani-King of Pittsburgh is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business through high-volume outbound calling, qualify leads, and set appointments for the outside sales team. This on-site role is based at the Pittsburgh Regional Office.

The position offers a base pay of $24–$26 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses, along with medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. You will be engaging with prospective clients and helping drive regional growth.

Formación

• Experience in telemarketing or inside sales required.
• Proven ability to meet activity and appointment goals.
• Excellent phone presence and rapport-building skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and goal-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to target businesses.
• Qualify leads and schedule high-value appointments.
• Follow up with warm leads from inbound inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with outside sales to align on territory strategy.
• Support targeted campaigns.
• Represent the brand professionally on calls.
• Track results against daily, weekly, monthly goals.
