Jani-King of Pittsburgh is seeking a motivated Territory Development Associate in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time field-based sales role focuses on generating new business, building your own territory through in-person outreach and networking, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team to close.

You’ll receive hands-on training from day one, with base pay plus commission/bonuses. Expect travel in the field, a company cell phone, and mileage reimbursement as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet activity-based goals and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, approachable style.
• Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in sales and business development; comfort with social media or marketing material a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance coverage for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business across the territory through in-person outreach, cold calls, and networking.
• Engage decision-makers and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
• Own territory management across Pittsburgh's core districts and growing areas.
• Attend local business events, expos, and chamber functions to generate leads.
