Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring for a hands-on Pitmaster role in a fast-paced kitchen. You will own the pit and meat operation, operate smokers with precision, and cut and portion to spec while protecting quality on every pound.

You will monitor inventory, manage waste, and enforce strict safety and sanitation standards. This role offers real advancement as you move toward kitchen leadership

Qualifications

• Experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, or prep cook is valued
• Disciplined, consistent, and proud of the craft
• Ability to work hands-on in a high-energy kitchen
