Responsibilities include inventory control and waste management in the pit area, strict adherence to procedures, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards as the brand relies on every smoked pound.

Qualifications

• Experience as pitmaster or similar kitchen roles.
• Disciplined, consistent, takes pride in the craft.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the pit and meat operation and monitor quality of each pound.
• Manage inventory and food waste in the pit/meat area; follow procedures.
