Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Charlotte, NC is seeking a pitmaster to own the pit and meat operation. You will run smokers with skill, cut and portion to spec, and monitor the quality of every pound of smoked meat leaving your station.

You’ll manage inventory and waste, follow procedures to the letter, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. This hands-on role offers real advancement from the pit to kitchen manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, or prep cook.
• Disciplined, consistent, and proud of the craft.
