Job summary

006 Seminole Casino Immokalee is seeking a Pit Manager/Shift Manager to lead on a assigned shift, review game spread and staffing, and ensure compliance with Seminole Gaming Regulations.

You will supervise performance appraisals, apply progressive discipline, and uphold the highest level of customer service to maximize player enjoyment and return play, while safeguarding casino integrity and security.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of all casino games and rules.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift.
  • Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration.
  • Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.
  • Responsible for the distribution and administration of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees.
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.
  • Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation.
