Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino, a long-standing hospitality and gaming leader, seeks a Public Space Supervisor to help ensure smooth and efficient operations under the Director of Facility Operations. The role requires nights, holidays, and weekend shifts and leadership in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will oversee operations management, staff development, training, scheduling, and adherence to policies and procedures for Public Space, with a focus on quality, safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervising Public Space staff or related experience.
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations, the incumbent assists to ensure smooth and efficient Public Space operation. The position will require working a varied schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends. Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities and have ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with operations management, team member development, training, staffing and scheduling. In addition to, incumbent is responsible for the management of policies and procedures that support the Public Space department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Order supplies and keep inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) year college degree or additional equivalent experience
• One (1) to three (3) years of supervising Public Space staff or related experience
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment
• Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
