Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Pipeline Assistant Service Manager to lead a maintenance team across a high-volume community. You will mentor technicians, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely work orders while supporting a 24-hour on-call schedule.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, comfort with mobile platforms, and a valid driver's license to support on-site operations. The role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, with multifamily or transferable industry experience.
• Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Active driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable with technology platforms, including mobile apps, email, training systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of technicians in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
• Support and help oversee daily production schedules, including work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across a high-volume community.
• Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and repairs related to top service drivers.
• Be accountable for supporting and participating in a 24-hour on-call schedule for your team, including availability during weather-related or on-site emergencies.
• Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
