Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• One-year certificate, 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise maintenance team in diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain inventory and schedules for on-call, preventive, and make-ready work.
• Inspect community buildings and respond to emergencies as on-call.
