Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Pipeline Programs Manager to shape and execute our Sales Development strategy. You will design monthly pipeline programs aligned with product releases, industry focus, sales motions, and major events.

You will train the Sales Development team and drive engagement with compelling content and contests. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership, analyze performance metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven history as a Pipeline Programs Manager (or similar) within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of work experience ideally in technology or SaaS.
• Expert Organization & Execution Skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic monthly pipeline programs aligned with product launches and key sales initiatives.
• Craft engaging training programs and resources for the Sales Development team.
• Launch spiffs, contests, and call blitzes to drive results and motivation.
• Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics to leadership.
