Qualifications

• 2+ years in pipeline programs management or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong content creation skills.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monthly pipeline programs aligned with sales strategies and product launches.
• Develop training resources for the Sales Development team to excel in roles.
• Launch competitive programs, spiffs, and call blitzes to boost engagement and productivity.
• Analyze performance metrics and present insights to leadership to demonstrate impact.
