Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pipeline terminology such as pig launchers and receivers.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound customer requests and manage orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and internal teams.
• Follow up on deliveries and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist with sales and customer support for core offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
