Job summary

Control Southern, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance client experience and drive satisfaction. You will own the full order fulfillment and project administration process, coordinating with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

You will liaise with suppliers, manage invoicing and updates, and guide clients through the sales process, while maintaining proactive communication and reporting to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service in a B2B environment using order entry, processing and invoicing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; familiarity with project documentation and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project administration process and order cycle including processing, assembly coordination, shipment, invoicing, and collections support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to procure materials for order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering and Documentation Specialist to manage customer expectations and milestones.
• Escalate technical issues to the Project Engineer while handling non-engineer tasks.
• Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Guide clients through the sales process and present solution options.
• Provide updates and respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate business system issues and propose creative solutions.
• Balance multiple duties to maximize productivity and client outreach.
• Support territory goals with Project Engineers and the sales team.
• Engage in learning activities to build product knowledge and sales acumen.
