Job summary

You will be the dependable first point of contact for questions related to equipment, parts, order status, and documentation. The role emphasizes problem-solving, organization, and proactive follow-up to ensure customers receive accurate information and timely deliveries in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, purchasing, or related roles in industrial/B2B environments.
Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Office and business systems such as ERP/CRM platforms.
Ability to read, compare, and organize information from quotes, purchase orders, data sheets, drawings, emails, and manufacturer documentation.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain status and requirements in plain language.

Responsibilities

Process B2B purchase orders and match requirements against internal quotes and project details.
Prepare, enter, and follow up on quotes for parts, equipment, service items, and engineered solutions.
Review POs, delivery terms, pricing, scope, and exceptions before entry.
Coordinate lead times, shipping details, and status updates with manufacturers and customers.
