Job summary

Flow Control Group's Pumps and Controls division seeks an organized professional to manage daily order entry from phone, email, and online orders, coordinating with vendors and customers to fulfill requirements.

You'll assist customers with product selection, support day-to-day service, and maintain clear communications with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with order entry and data management systems; Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
• Strong phone communication and professional email writing.
• Willingness to learn industrial products and supporting components.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order entry from phone calls, emails, online orders, and faxes.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, shipping, and pricing.
• Assist customers with product selection based on requirements.
• Support day-to-day customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide professional communication to customers; collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
