Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily activities for turbine construction crews on project sites. You will interpret blueprints, preplan tasks, and ensure production schedules are met while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Travel up to 90% to various project sites and mentor crew members. The role demands leadership across up to six+ workers, with emphasis on teamwork and on-site safety.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or GED Certification preferred
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and blueprints
• Travel up to 90% to project sites as required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew workers to meet production schedule
• Interpret specifications and lay out work for crew
• Preplan daily activities and monitor productivity
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on site
• Coordinate materials delivery and equipment needs
• Complete ESRs and other reports for changes in job status
• Mentor and train new workers
• Lead and manage up to six or more employees
