Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead and coordinate crew workers on project sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will interpret blueprints, assign duties, track time and production, and collaborate with foremen to keep projects moving smoothly.

This full-time role requires 4+ years of related experience, relevant pipefitter training, and NCCER/NCCCO certifications; travel to diverse sites up to 90% is expected, with emphasis

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Plus some supervisory experience preferred.
• Applicable Pipefitter training and NCCER/NCCCO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure workers perform their tasks skillfully and efficiently.
• Maintain schedules and ensure work progresses on time.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints and assign duties.
• Train new workers and assist in jobsite orientation.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Coordinate activities with jobsite superintendent and foreman.
• Complete daily project reports and equipment/ materials transfers.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
