Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking an experienced foreman to directly plan, supervise, and participate in construction activities on the jobsite.

You will supervise trade workers, manage safety, and ensure costs and schedules are met while performing hands-on tasks with the crew. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive projects in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years experience in construction field work or construction trade training and 5 years experience in construction field work.

Responsibilities

• Plan tasks and assign crew; estimate hours, materials, and equipment for scope.
• Direct and supervise crew to meet schedule, safety, and quality targets.
• Communicate with project staff to coordinate personnel, equipment, and tools.
• Perform critical construction tasks and mentor smaller crews.
