Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily crew activities on turbine construction sites. You will read blueprints, preplan daily work, and ensure quality and safety while meeting production schedules.

Travel to various job sites is required, and you will mentor crew members and perform related trades as needed. The role requires 4 years of related experience and a High school diploma or GED, with an additional 2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred)
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew workers
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Preplan daily activities to meet job schedule
• Monitor quality and safety across all duties
• Travel to different jobsites as needed
