Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure group seeks a hands-on field supervisor to plan, supervise, and participate in construction activities. You will lead trades, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, on-time delivery in heavy civil, infrastructure, and renewables projects.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of construction experience, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a proven safety focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively write and communicate through email and written letter correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate in client meetings and crew meetings.
• Basic computer skills needed for spreadsheet, word processing and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and workplace discipline on the jobsite per project requirements.
• Prepare and submit time records and productivity reports to onsite management.
• Plan construction tasks, coordinate crew, and ensure safe and productive work environment.
