Zusammenfassung

MasTec project site seeks a crew supervisor to coordinate and oversee workers, ensuring quality and on-time performance. You will interpret blueprints, assign duties and monitor production activity daily on multi-craft teams.

Expect to lead toolbox talks, uphold safety standards, and document field activities while coordinating with supervisors across projects. Position requires travel to different jobsites and 50-hour weeks.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Plus some supervisory experience (preferred).
• Applicable pipefitter training/certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate crew work and ensure on-schedule progress.
• Read specifications, blueprints and job orders for duties.
