Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group is seeking a qualified supervisor to coordinate daily activities for turbine crew workers, ensuring production schedules are met. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, preplanning, quality control, and safety compliance while coordinating materials and equipment across sites.

The role requires travel to various job sites with up to 90% travel, and a background in supervisory positions in industrial construction.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED Certification (preferred).
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew workers.
• Read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities to meet job schedule and ensure crew productivity.
• Monitor quality control of work in place and ensure safety.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment; complete project reports.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
