Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor to directly plan, supervise, and participate in project execution. You will oversee trade workers, manage job costs, and ensure safety and quality on site across multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with extensive field experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to meet schedule and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively write and communicate through email and written letter correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate in client meetings and crew meetings.
• Basic computer skills for spreadsheets, word processing and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Equipment: Enforce discipline on the jobsite and prepare time records/productivity reports.
• Project Execution: Plan work, direct and supervise crews, ensure schedule and quality.
• Safety: Conduct safety inspections and complete near-miss/injury reports.
